Born in Southern California, Kylie learned to the surf as soon as she could walk. Her family was part of the original organic farm movement where they lived of the land and grew enough to sell, barter and trade at local markets. Kylie studied law at NYU where she thrived as a student but found the cold winters of the east coast too brutal for her west coast soul. Her love for the outdoors has kept her on the beach rather than in the courtroom, but she hopes to eventually open a small legal clinic close to the shore, once her two children are in school full time. She and her husband enjoy exploring the wineries in California as well as skiing when they aren’t in the surf.
